On 30 July, BMW held a a simultaneous unveiling of the BMW i3 was in London, New York and Beijing. The first premium purpose-designed all-electric vehicle saw BMW Group board members at different city’s do the honours. At the London launch party at Old Billingsgate Market, about 600 people joined in with star guests Sienna Miller and James Franco in celebrating the BMW i3 debut.
