This training tank, originally installed in 1966 at the COMSUBIN base in Italy, remains a living testament to a brand that existed in silence beneath the surface long before it became a household name.

Available in contemporary 44mm and classic 47mm sizes, these timepieces feature the robust cushion case and signature sandwich dial that collectors adore. Innovation at Panerai is always tangible, especially within the field of materials. This year, Forged Titanium makes its debut, created by bonding two titanium grades under intense heat and pressure. The process reveals natural wave-like layers across the case, ensuring that no two patterns are the same. Alongside it, the brand introduces Afniotech, a material composed of more than 95% hafnium. Valued for its density and exceptional corrosion resistance, hafnium is a rare metal often reserved for the critical pressures of nuclear environments.
Mechanical endurance reaches a new horizon with the introduction of a remarkable 31 day power reserve. This achievement is drawn from the four barrels of the new P.2031/S movement, which utilizes a patented torque limiter and automatic stop to ensure stability. From the professional Submersible instruments built for underwater exploration to the Radiomir models that honor the brand's 1935 origins, Panerai continues to shape an enduring pursuit of performance.
