For this simple seal has born witness to the epic journey each timepiece has undergone in the Swiss watch manufacture's workshops – from initial sketch to final tests before shipping. Of all its watch components, this seal is not the hardest to manufacture. But it is wholly Rolex's own and its value is immense. Because it carries the promise of Rolex's unwavering commitment.
